In the event that you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. However, we do allow you to use your deposit as a "credit" toward your next event if it is held within the same calendar year .Please contact poptasticdecorhtx@gmail.com within 72 hours of your event start time in order to allow rescheduling.
