What is your cancellation/refund policyIn the event that you need to cancel, your deposit is non-refundable. However, we do allow you to use your deposit as a "credit" toward your next event if it is held within the same calendar year .Please contact poptasticdecorhtx@gmail.com within 72 hours of your event start time in order to allow rescheduling.

What payment methods do you accept?We accept Debit/Credit card or Zelle payments.

Can I keep the balloons after my event?Yes! The balloons are yours to keep after your event. If you are not wanting to keep them then I can pop and dispose of them for you!

How long can I expect the balloon decorations to last?We strive to ensure that your balloon decorations make a lasting impression. For indoor installations, our decorations can last up to several weeks. The longevity of the balloons largely depends on the environmental conditions, with indoor helium balloons maintaining their float for up to 24 hours. However, for outdoor installations, we cannot guarantee a specific lifespan as factors such as sun, heat, wind, and rain can significantly impact the durability of the balloons.

Can I provide my own balloons?Unfortunately we do not accept balloons provided by the client as we cannot guarantee the quality.

What are the delivery and pickup fees?Our delivery and pickup fees are determined by the location of your event. These fees are designed to fairly compensate for the time and resources required to transport our unique and high-quality decorations to and from your venue.

Why is there an additional fee for outdoor event decorations?We prioritize the safety of our staff and customers, especially when it comes to outdoor events. Due to the unpredictable and often extreme Texas weather, working outdoors can pose significant safety risks for our team. Consequently, we must take extra precautions to ensure their work environment is secure. Additionally, to withstand the elements and ensure durability, our outdoor decorations necessitate the use of extra materials for securing balloons and backdrops. This results in an additional fee, which ultimately guarantees that your event decor is both visually stunning and safely installed.
